Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ready-to-ship item, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Ready-to-Ship Jewlery

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • All returns must include the original documentation. A $150 fee will be charged for replacing any missing diamond certificates or other essential documents.

Please note that all international orders are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Restocking Fees:

  • Unaltered Items for Exchange: No restocking fee will be assessed for exchange.
  • Altered Items for Exchange: A fee will be assessed for applicable alterations.
  • Unaltered Items for Refund: A 5% restocking fee will be assessed for refunds.
  • Altered Items for Refund: A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for refunds.

*Alterations include any changes made to the original design of the item, such as sizing adjustments, plating, and other modification

Made to Order and Sparkling Deals

All items that are made to order, special ordered or/and Sparkling Deals are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • All made-to-order, custom-ordered, and personalized items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We encourage customers to contact us with any questions or concerns about customizing a piece before placing an order

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

In the event of a cancellation, any payment made will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Refunds

  • Unaltered Items for Exchange: No restocking fee will be assessed for exchange.
  • Altered Items for Exchange: A fee will be assessed for applicable alterations.
  • Unaltered Items for Refund: A 5% restocking fee will be assessed for refunds.
  • Altered Items for Refund: A 10% restocking fee will be assessed for refunds.

*Alterations include any changes made to the original design of the item, such as sizing adjustments, plating, and other modifications.

After we process your refund, it might take up to 2 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.
  2. Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and documentation.
  3. Ship the item back to us using the provided return shipping label (for domestic orders).
  4. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Return shipping on eligible orders is free on your 1st package for any order. If additional eligible items are returned in the same order, a $25 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

* Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

How to package your return:

1. Acquire the Right Boxes
For your return shipment, it is essential to use a double-boxing method with courier-specific express boxes. You can reuse the boxes your item originally shipped in, provided they are still in good condition (no tears, rips, or holes). If you no longer have the original shipping boxes or if they are not in good condition, you can obtain new boxes for free by visiting any official UPS or FedEx location. Ask specifically for express boxes in small and medium sizes. These boxes are provided by FedEx and UPS at no cost, eliminating the need to purchase shipping boxes.

2. Packing Your Jewelry

  • Inner Box: Place your jewelry in its original jewelry box, then place this box inside its original small express box or a new one. If the original box is not available or is damaged, use a new small express box. This setup—the jewelry box within the express box—will provide the first layer of protection against damage.
  • Outer Box: Place the small box inside a medium-sized express box. Fill any empty space with additional cushioning materials such as bubble wrap or packing peanuts to prevent the inner box from moving during shipment.

3. Seal and Label
Carefully seal the outer box with strong packing tape, ensuring all seams and edges are securely taped to prevent the box from opening during transit. Attach the shipping label, which you can purchase from us, to the top of the outer box. Ensure that the label is visible and that any old labels on the box are removed or completely obscured.

4. Drop Off at an Official Location

Once your package is ready, take it to an official UPS or FedEx center for shipping. Please do not use third-party courier services as this could affect the insurance coverage and security of your returned item.

  • Do not give the package to "authorized" third-party affiliates of the carrier.
